Devalues difference in favor of our common humanity, unity, and collaboration.

Evaluates difference with conviction — courage, loyalty, decisiveness, and clarity.

Sensitivity

Values difference, intelligence, open-mindedness, and understanding.

Each of these patterns has both assets and limitations. Ultimately, the goal is for each of us to integrate the assets of all three internally!
